The Berlin Study takes you by bike through the story of a city that was once divided. Ride to Checkpoint Charlie, the best-known Cold War crossing between East and West, and to the Brandenburg Gate, a landmark with more than two hundred years of history. Follow the river Spree to the East Side Gallery, the longest surviving stretch of the Berlin Wall and now the world’s longest open-air gallery, and on to the Molecule Man sculpture where three districts meet.
Finish at the 368-metre Television Tower on Alexanderplatz, the Victory Column, busy Potsdamer Platz and Tempelhof Park, a former airport where Berliners now ride their bikes along the old runways.
